1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using goBargains, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any additional guidelines, policies, or amendments that may be posted. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

 

2. Platform Use and Eligibility
goBargains is an international trade platform that facilitates the connection between global buyers and suppliers. To use our platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have the authority to enter into a binding contract.
Provide accurate and complete information when registering or posting a Request for Quote (RFQ).

3. Posting and Responding to RFQs
Buyers: When posting an RFQ, you must provide accurate, comprehensive details about the product, quantity, budget, and any other specific requirements.
Suppliers: Upon responding to an RFQ, you agree to participate in a real-time competitive bidding process. All quotes submitted must be lower than the current lowest bid as determined by the platform's AI analytics.

4. Fees and Payment Terms
Success Fee for Buyers: Buyers are required to pay a small success fee (ranging from $25 to $50 depending on product category and supplier's country) when they decide to initiate direct communication with a supplier. This is the only fee charged, as goBargains does not impose any subscription or commission fees.
No Subscription or Commission Fees: goBargains is committed to a zero-commission model. There are no hidden fees or subscription charges for using the platform.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Buyer and Supplier Information: While essential details about buyers and suppliers, such as location, years in business, ratings, and product availability, will be visible on the platform, contact information remains confidential until a success fee is paid. Users must not attempt to bypass the platform to contact each other directly.
Data Protection: We value your privacy and protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using goBargains, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. User Responsibilities and Conduct
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
Users must not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activity, including but not limited to misrepresenting product information, pricing, or business credentials.
Any attempt to bypass the platform’s communication and payment systems will result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

7. AI-Driven Analytics and Market Insights
goBargains uses advanced AI algorithms to provide real-time market insights and analytics. While we strive for accuracy, users acknowledge that these insights are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice or guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability
goBargains provides a platform for facilitating international trade but is not responsible for the actions, products, or services of buyers or suppliers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any goods or services offered through the platform. Users agree that goBargains shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

9. Modification of Terms
goBargains reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Termination of Access
Tradewar.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tradewar.ai operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
